With over 20 years of leadership experience, Caitlin Adams brings a rare blend of financial insight, operational strategy, and a deep passion for community change. Holding a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Behavioral Management and Corporate Strategy, Caitlin has led both domestic and international teams—navigating cultural, generational, and linguistic differences with empathy and effectiveness.
Her career spans both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, giving her a 360-degree view of organizational health. But it’s in mission-driven, nonprofit work where Caitlin finds her purpose: building systems that empower future generations and drive real, lasting change.
Whether she’s guiding cross-functional teams, advising on strategic operations, or balancing a budget, Caitlin thrives on bridging vision with execution—always with community impact at the core.
When she’s not at work, Caitlin spends time with her family, serves as an Adjunct Professor, and actively volunteers with nonprofits close to her heart.
