Megan Green serves as Youth Rising's Director of Grants & Compliance, bringing eight years of nonprofit experience and a passion for building the systems that help mission-driven work thrive.

With a background in psychology, Megan oversees grants management, compliance, and funder relationships, helping ensure Youth Rising has the resources and infrastructure needed to expand its impact and serve more youth

MARKETING MANAGER

Miten serves as Marketing Manager at Youth Rising, where he leads strategy, storytelling, and media initiatives across multiple sites. With a background in film and nonprofit marketing, he believes that strong stories build strong communities.

CONTROLLER

To enhance financial oversight and stability, we have brought on board an external CPA/Controller, Kelly Polk. Kelly joins us with nearly a decade of expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial consulting.
