Our model is designed to foster personal growth and leadership skills in a supportive setting.
The drop-in will provide a safe, inclusive environment for youth/young adults aged 11-25, offering access to technology, leadership and workforce development programs, educational support, non-clinical mental health services, and screenings and referrals to needed services.

Cassondra Stafford, LADAC
Regional Manager, Youth Rising Drop-In
Cassondra is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health and human services field. Since earning her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Eastern New Mexico University–Portales in 2014, Cassondra has been deeply committed to serving individuals and families impacted by addiction, trauma, and systemic barriers.
Passionate about advocacy, Cassondra has devoted her career to lifting up marginalized voices and building systems of care that foster long-term healing and resilience. Her commitment to professional excellence is matched by her heart for the community—always aiming to be a force for positive change.

Rigo Osnaya
Youth Coordinator / Peer Advocate
Rigo is a seasoned Peer Support Specialist with over six years of experience in the mental health field. Known for his warmth, empathy, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Rigo brings both heart and skill to every conversation. Whether he’s supporting someone through a tough moment or helping them celebrate a win, he shows up with authenticity, patience, and deep respect.
As a proud father of two, Rigo’s work is grounded in real-life experience and a strong sense of purpose. His calm presence, combined with his trustworthy nature, makes him someone people naturally turn to for support, encouragement, and perspective.
Driven by a belief in the power of connection and community, Rigo continues to be a steady, uplifting force in the lives of those he serves.

Youth Coordinator / Peer Advocate
Allesandra has dedicated her career to empowering youth and families in her community. As a Wraparound Facilitator and mentor, she is passionate about helping young people find their voice, make meaningful life choices, set goals, and become their own advocates. Outside of her professional work, Allesandra enjoys traveling and exploring new places—always seeking to create lasting memories and new perspectives along the way.
