As Youth Rising’s Operations Manager (this may change to Director of Operations), she specializes in building streamlined systems, improving internal processes, and strengthening cross-department communication to create clarity and stability in fast-moving environments.

Her background spans leadership across community-focused service, healthcare operations, hospitality management, and small-business development—giving her a well-rounded understanding of what healthy, impactful organizations need to grow. Sasha thrives at the intersection of structure and heart: translating big-picture goals into actionable, supportive workflows that help both staff and youth succeed.

Raised in North Lake Tahoe and now based in the Sierra Nevada foothills, Sasha enjoys spending her time outdoors and exploring new adventures in nature with her family and friends.
