Purpose: To inspire and energize teens for the week ahead. We use goal-setting, guest speakers, team challenges, vision boards, and reflective activities to help teens build confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset.
Supplies Needed: Varies each week depending on the activity (teens will be told what to bring when needed).
Common items:
Notebook/journal and pen
Markers or colored pencils (for creative activities)
Printed handouts (provided)
