Cooking Matters with Central District Health

Youth Rising and Central District Health are partnering to offer Cooking Matters classes for youth ages 11–17 on Mondays this summer. During these sessions, participants will learn about nutrition through fun food challenges and hands-on cooking activities while creating delicious dishes.

We ask that participants plan to attend at least six sessions if possible to get the most out of the program. If you are interested, please sign up for the dates you are able to attend. We understand that you may not be able to participate in every session; however, your RSVP helps us prepare the necessary materials and supplies. After registration, I will contact all participants regarding required waivers and consent forms.
